Sinn Loong’s Nutty Process

While technology is ever-evolving and ever-improving, we have chosen to keep the tradition alive by opting for the old-fashioned production process — a method we have mastered for well over 70 years.

  1. After harvested, all our peanuts are pickled for 3 whole days to bring forth the flavour. 
  2. Next, the peanuts are naturally dried under sunlight for 1 to 2 days. 
  3. Then, the peanuts are placed in a traditional oven and cooked using charcoal and wood. 
  4. Once done, the peanuts are carefully filtered by hand and those that are not up to the standard are removed. 
  5. Finally, the peanuts are packaged and ready to make their way into your hands.

1.收割生花生后,将花生腌制3天,以让花生更加入味。

2.接下来,铺晒于阳光底下一至两天,让花生自然晒干。

3.然后,将花生放入烤炉,用木炭将花生烤香。

4.完成后,烤香后的花生将由人手精心筛选,并去除不符合标准的花生。

5.最后,我们并将花生包装好准备上架以及外送。
